Zyvoltra

Description

Zyvoltra, a legendary Pokemon of the Electric and Steel types, harnesses the immense electric powers generated by its body to fuel its stun gun. A direct hit KO´s instantly (of course :D). The design was inspired by Lugia, as SoulSilver was my "starter game".
